Hi everyone, I first met Gérard last year (2016) when I was looking for options to carry on my first unsuccessful application to study in the UK. I sent him an email with my story, we exchange contacts and he called me. In that first call I knew all the mistakes I made in my first application, we agreed to work together and he started advising me right way. With his help I managed to apply to three different Computer Science Departments related to my area of study and now I hold an unconditional offer to start my PhD this September in the University of Sheffield.
I highly recommend Gérard, he knows very well his profession and he is your best option regarding UK Universities and postgraduate programs, he also helped me with the CONACyT application and with other important things such as living expenses and recommendations to the city you are going to.
He is very nice and builds up confidence immediately. I am satisfied with the journey so far, I hope I can finish this testimonial with a happy ending. In the meantime I recommend you to get in touch with Gérard as soon as possible.
Best of luck in your applications and if you want more details please get in touch via Linkedin

Ok, here’s a list of things Gérard has helped a lot with:
· Finding a researcher who knows about what I want to study: Formal verification is a very small community compared to other areas of research, and Gérard was able to find someone suitable for my research interests.
· Completing my application process for a PhD with integrated Masters at the University of Sheffield: I wanted to go directly into a PhD, and he helped me a lot, almost filling my application all by himself. That just tells you how committed he is.
· Supervising that my CONACYT application is as strong as it can be: After presenting my CONACYT application, I knew I had the scholarship. That’s how confident he made me feel.
· Making sure I get a waiver for my tuition fees: Even with the CONACYT scholarship, the tuition was expensive. Gérard kept me informed of a tuition fee waiver that allowed me to study my PhD without investing money from my own pocket.

Mauro Cruz
Hi this is a message from Mauro Cruz-and I want to add another remarkable experience to the vast testimonial list on Gérard’s successful performance as a consultant and university placement advisor.:)
I met Gérard at a postgraduate fair in Mexico City, where he immediately prompted the important steps to apply for a PhD in UK. Professionalism and assertiveness should be written in his presentation card. My application [to the University of Sheffield] had started in no time! He will probably tell you that he knows well the details of the process, please do believe him and pay attention to what he recommends.
Gérard immediately provided lots of tips on translations, writing, English tests (IELTS), details on paperwork, well, a tremendously complete assessment, which reflects his strong experience in the field. Do you think you are short of time to complete your application or apply for funding? Gérard will know how to accomplish it on time.
The application process by itself can be exhausting, especially if you have few or no similar experiences. Gérard finds the time to be in constant communication via Skype or email, helping in the right moment in an extensive variety of matters. You may be lost trying to complete a task, he will step in and guide you from beginning to end in a very clear and professional way. As someone wrote before, somehow he finds the time to pay attention to everyone.
I can only strongly recommend Gérard’s services, after all he has done in my application process, I consider him an expert and also a friend.
Mario de Alva Diaz

My name is Eduardo Pineda from Mexico, I am currently accepted to study a PhD in materials science at the University of Sheffield. I contacted Gerard a couple of months ago and his service has been exceptional.
Before contacting Gerard I was managing my application on my own and it was quite difficult for me to answer all the doubts and questions I had. Since contacted Gerard the uncertainty disappeared and the acceptance letter came quickly:). Very importantly Gerard has given me his expert advice on the Conacyt scholarship process.

Barbara – MSc at Cardiff
Hello everyone!
My name is Barbara and I met Gérard at the Education UK feria organized by the British Council in Mexico. Gérard offered me his advice to find the most suitable Master program to study in UK. From the start, he proved to be an expert to recruit students for postgraduate programmes and to solve all my questions about this process. I really appreciate all the support Gérard gave me throughout this, now I have been accepted to study a MSc at Cardiff University in Wales and I also got a scholarship from the government of my country to achieve my goal!
I encourage you to trust in the experience and knowledge Gérard have in this issue and choose his advisory services. Moreover, he is really kindness and give you the right motivation to find the best opportunity for you to study in UK
Tania Robledo
My name is Tania Robledo, I am a mexican student about to start the PhD in Biological Sciences at Queen Mary University in London. I consider myself very lucky to have found Gerard, I think that he was a crucial factor for me to finally decide that getting a scholarship was not that difficult. I was a little frustrated because I consider myself a good candidate, despite that, developing the project you want to work with, plus find a Dr. who was interested in it was very difficult (at least for me). So I can say without a doubt that Gerard support was important in every aspect of the process, and even, there was a time when I thought it would be easier to stay in Mexico and get the PhD here, but Gerard reminded me the pros and cons of getting the PhD abroad, and sometimes, having that kind of reminders is important, so you don´t get cold feet
Ariadna
Hi everyone!
My name is Ariadna, and I found out about Mr. Goulé through a friend of mine at University in the UK. Before knowing about Gerard’s services, I was very confused about the documents and the process I had to do for getting accepted into a UK University. I was anxious and stressed, but when Mr. Goulé started helping me the process became so easy, and I got a very quick acceptance to a British university (Cardiff University for a Masters degree). He’s very kind and efficient, and I always found it great that I could Skype with him instead of emails. Without his help, I wouldnt have gotten accepted into a University, and I would still be lost as to what steps to take. Also, he helped me stayed focused as to what things were a priority in my process, and he helped me with my beca for CONACYt.
I’m very grateful for his help, and I recommend him and his services to anyone, I think they are gold, and before you know it, you’ll be on your way to Europe.
Atenea Berumen
Hello everyone!
My name is Atenea Berumen and I met Gérard in a CONACyT fair of postgraduate studies in Puebla, México. Since the moment I met him he has always been very supportive and very confident of me getting a scholarship (even more than myself) for studying in the UK. He has helped me through the WHOLE process of studying a Masters: first to apply to the universities, where he started the applications and told me several keypoints to ensure my acceptance at the universities, and he also gave me the contact of an official Mexican translator for my documents. As well, he helped me with my recommendation letters and he was constantly reminding me about the IELTS and when were the best dates to take it in order to have the results on time (besides helping me to improve my English through talking to him by Skype).
Once I got the acceptance of the universities (where thanks to him I was accepted by the four I applied), he helped me with the CONACyT scholarship (he has worked several years with them and he knows what he is talking about). He gave me a lot of advice and made sure my CONACyT application was ready to be submitted, and thankfully I just got the scholarship.
So, I WIDELY recommend him. Not only for helping me through the application process (for both university and scholarship) but for always checking on me (and always answering everything very quickly) and reminding me about the dates and what to do next (which is the most important part!).
I honestly do not think I would have gone this far without his help.

I recommend him widely, and if you have questions about Gerard´s services, don´t hesitate to contact me.
Violeta Fuentes
Hi everyone!
My name is Violeta Fuentes, I’m currently studying my MA in Digital Media in Sussex University located in Brighton, I met Gerard in a universities fair in Mexico City and with his help I manage to quickly and efficiently apply for both a CONACYT (or school funded scholarship) and an acceptance letter for different top universities in the field, from the universities fair he arrange an appointment to meet and explain the whole process personally and at the end of the meeting he had already started my applications to 3 top universities, he makes sure you have more than one option available for both the scholarship and university which was helpful and he also helped me with the writing format application, what to add what to keep and how to make it more appealing to get a scholarship. He is also constantly reminding you of deadlines or preferred time to apply for IELTS exam to get good marks, getting an official translation of documents, visa process or personally contacting the university in my case to ask for a late enrollment due to visa process being delayed. With his help and encouragement I manage to both be on time on my applications and enrollment in university with a scholarship so I highly recommend you use his advice if you are thinking of studying in UK.

Dr Alfonoso Mendieta
Hola – this is Dr Alfonoso Mendieta, I first met Gérard Goulé in April 2000, when I was trying to make up my mind about the University I wanted to apply for. At that time, he was Director of the Admissions and International Office at the University of East Anglia. At his student sessions in Mexico, we talked about all the Master programmes and Universities I have looked at, and he asked me: “have you sent your application form to any of those?”; I answered with a bunch of “reasons”, including that I was waiting for the CONACYT convocatoria, why I haven´t. Then he goes again: “the sooner you have an acceptance letter from the University, the greater the chances for getting CONACYT’s scholarship”. Then I filled in the application form he handed me, since the UEA was one of my top choices, and later in that same year, I was traveling to the UK for my Master and PhD studies!
Gerard’s experience in the recruitment of international students as well as his extensive knowledge of government’s sponsorship schemes, took me not only quickly but safely and efficiently through a process that by itself is very stressful.
Not only he is a great professional and knows his job, but also he is one great person who I gladly meet up with every time he is in Mexico!
Alfonso Mendieta (PhD).

Ernesto Vladimir Gálvez Fournier
Thanks to this man I left many worries and concerns behind about:
-Advisory about my decision on which test option and what to do best to be prepared for
-Refinement of my speech in Conacyt’s application
-Best points of contact in order to ask specific immigration issues
-Unveiled or no-shown information in order for me to be sure my fees were going to be fully covered with the University of Edinburgh
-Several other matters with accommodations and last day of uni acceptance deadline reminders
Besides all that, it was cool to count with him, at all time, allthough I knew what was the time difference so that both could go to sleep pretty well or do our own stuff each within our communications. Very nice man.
As mexican you might find him sometimes a direct inquisitor, as usually happens with remote communications, but deep inside his intentions the great results spoke by themselves. Once you are here, you understand how their culture here works on his own way and works fine as well with inquisitions and direct/specific communications. You’ll get used to it hopefully and be ready to start your own adventure here in Edimburgh or somewhere in UK. Wish you love UK as much as Mexico. Have a unique lifetime experience.
Besides great Gérard’s professional orientation, let me know if I can be of any other help while looking forward to study here; will be great to meet you, Ernesto Vladimir Gálvez Fournier

I was lucky to met Gerard Goulé because he helped me and guided me during the appliccation process in order to be accepted in Queen Mary University of London to study a PhD in Mathematics. If you are planning to apply to a postgraduate program in the UK I highly recomend you to contact Mr. Gerard Goulé because if you follow his advise your probability to be accepted increases enormously. If you are a Mexican student, another major reason to contact him is that a lot of students are misinformed about the process of getting a CONACyT scholarship and Mr Goule very kindly explains you this process, helping you avoid common mistakes and enhancing your opportunities to get this scholarship. The results from the first call of CONACyT have been recently released and I am very happy to know that I was selected. Cristina Perales
My name is Cristina Perales and I have been accepted in the PhD in Education Programme at the Institute of Education of the University of London to start in January 2014. In this process, and in the following one of applying for a scholarship, I have been aided by the expertise of Gérard Goule.
I met him through the contact page from the IOE and right from the start he was constantly present, through mail or Skype, answering my doubts, giving me orientation of the steps and appropriate times to apply to the Institute. He was also very helpful in contacting the people of the IOE in my behalf and presenting me as a solid candidate for the programme.
It is also very helpfu to have someone to ask little details, like which parts of the application should be left empty because they don’t apply to Mexican students or the fact that you should not include medical insurance in the scholarships’ applications, since it is not needed in the UK. Little things like that take a bunch of time and the help of Gérard was mostly appreciated.
If you are thinking of applying for a post-degree in the UK I suggest you contact Gérard to have a better perspective on your options. I vouch for him as well in terms of assistance and results.

Eduardo Roman
My name is Eduardo Roman. I am now studying MSc Financial Mathematics in The University of Edinburgh.
I met Gerard in a Postgraduate Fair in Mexico City. Since then I have received excellent consultancy services that let me reach my goal of performing postgraduate studies in the UK.
Gerard knows very well how the Conacyt process is and his recommendations help me to prepare the required documentation in the right way. Also, when I had problems to meet the English speaking requirement on time, Gerard talked to the Admissions Office and got that someone from the University interviewed me by Skype and in this way I was able to meet that requirement. Gerard also helped me to get a tuition discount from the University. This discount was possible because Gerard knows very well all the procedures and agreements in the universities.
For these reasons and more, I widely recommend Gerard services. I can say with no doubt, that his services helped me to reach my objective. Without Gerard, I perhaps had failed in some part of the process. Gerard was the difference.

Hegel
Hi, this is Hegel. I am a PhD student in Virology in University of Glasgow, Scotland. I met Gerard in an European graduate fair in Mexico City. The next day after I met him, I was sit in front of his computer in one-to-one appointment to focus my interest and starting an application to a graduate program at University of Glasgow. The decision was correct since the beginning, and with his professional advice (cause he really knows the system and how it works) and all my effort I was accepted in the lab I´m working now. But the hard part was only starting: the scholarship and financial stuff!!!… We worked together from improving my speaking and listening English skills on skype to preparing letters, documents and applications for the program and scholarship. At the end of the day, I think it is as important to be a good candidate and highly motivated as have the correct support and proper advice. If you think you can do it and if you need a good guide through your application process, contact Gerard!
Diego Alcántara
My name is Diego Alcántara and I am starting to study an International Relations MA at Queen Mary University of London. Gérard Goulé was of enormous help in choosing an adequate university for study in England. He first suggested a short list of universities that could be good for me, then I decided for QMUL and applied. Normally, an application of enrolment is analyzed within 6 weeks, but with his help I was accepted in only 2. He provided example letters of application and gave a very close follow-up to process. He also provided me with the contact of a company that helped me get my student visa quite easily. He’s a responsible and professional agent and I have recommended his services to friends of mine.

I met Gérard Goulé in the postgraduate fair in Mexico City, 2011. I have to be honest that Gerard was the person that encouraged me to take the idea to study abroad more seriously. Since I met him, he gave me plenty of information and orientation according to my area of interest (EEE). He guided me across “the long road”, from the beginning to the end, and with “the long road”, I mean:
– Choosing the best University according to your necessities
– Help to find sponsors or scholarships
– In case, help throughout the entire process of CONACYT or FUNED

Vanessa Smer
My name is Vanessa Smer. I met Gérard in the EuroPosgrados fair in Monterrey, in 2009. I contacted him in 2011, with his help I have been accepted to study a PhD in cosmology in the University of Edinburgh. Gérard’s advice is precise in every step of the process to contend for a place in a UK university. From choosing university to getting a scholarship, a Visa, and any other process in the middle, he contacts you with the right people to complete the documentation on time and successfully. Also, he is always informed about the funding prospects of every candidate, particularly, he knows the right steps to get a CONACyT scholarship.
In my personal experience, I have met several people that were not able to obtain a CONACyT scholarship, even if they were excellent students, because they had problems filling the CONACyT application. With Gérard´s advice I didn´t have such problems, in fact I had no problem at all, the process was smooth from beginning to end.
You can contact Gérard by Skype, he is available to solve your doubts every day. Also, he answeres email messages very fast. I strongly recommend his services if you want to maximize your possibilites of studying in the UK.
Pablo
I met Gérard at a Study at Europe fair un Mexico City. My experience with him has very grateful as he always showed me options to study at the UK. “Options” encompasses both study programs as well as ways to pay for tuition. Given different factors I did not pursue (at least, for the time being) my graduate studies at the UK. I expect to do so in the near future, and hopefully Gérard will continue his very helpful assistance.
Best,
Pablo
Gabriel
Hello, my name is Gabriel, I’m going to study MSc Architectural and Urban Design at the University of Edinburgh. I met Gerard thanks to my sister. She recommended his services a year ago so I contacted him by Skype. He helped me greatly in every step of my university application, giving me key advice whenever I needed it. He is very professional and patient with any query you could have.
I must also recommend his services for scholarship information; he knows really well how things work. He gave me advice on my application for the CONACYT scholarship and I got it. I can also tell you he is a very committed person with every one of the students he gives consultancy to. I know this because CONACYT wanted me to change my university while they were dicussing their agreement with Edinburgh. Gérard maed sure I had options so he helped me to quickly apply for another university that CONACYT would agree to give me support and, (without giving up with Edinburgh, he always asked me to fight back for my support to study there while he tried to fix the agreement with the university,) I was also offered a place to study at the University of Sheffield rather quickly thanks to his fast response to the issue. Eventually the lack of agreement with Edinburgh was solved and I’m going to be able to study at my first choice this year starting in a few weeks now.
To wrap things up I just want to say Gerard’s services do make a big difference in how you go through the process of studying in the UK; he also has contacts for document translations and for your Tier 4 Visa application.
Cheers,
Gabriel.
Ivonne
My name is Ivonne, I am a second year PhD student in Electronics at the University of Glasgow.
Before contacting Gerard I had an unsuccessful application to the University of Edinburgh. After being declined by my first and only option at the time, I was introduced to Gerard’s services by my brother in law (who he also helped to submit a successful application to the University of Sussex). After “meeting” him via Skype, I filled out the questionnaire and from the second time we spoke he had already searched for possible research programs in different universities. We narrowed down the options and I choose the University of Glasgow. The application process was completely different compared to applying on my own as this time I had perfect guidance in procedures, university research and scholarship information (CONACYT).
I would definitely recommend Gerard’s services. He works in your best interest to help students with potential. He has the experience and knowledge to help you with the entire process. He will guide you throughout the whole process and will make a difference in your application. Do not hesitate to contact him if you are interested in studying in the UK.
Jorge
Hi, my name is Jorge, I studied informatics at UNAM-FCA in Mexico, since the beginning I wanted to study my masters abroad, thus I visited several expos such as europosgrados at the WTC where I got in touch with Gerard.
His advice was decisive and of course, useful when I decided to study at Queen Mary University of London the MSc. in Computer Science programme. He takes his job very serious and never have I felt alone during the process.
Besides his support to be accepted by a UK Top University, he helped me to apply for a CONACYT-FUNED scholarship which I successfully got, once more, thanks to his guidance. Furthermore, he knows people who can help you to translate official documents and fix your VISA application here in Mexico.
In a few words, his services increase dramatically the possibilities to study in the UK.
Glendy Catzín Contreras
I met Mr. Gérard Goulé through a “Europosgrados Fair” carried out in Mérida, Yucatán. Before you entered the room, you answered a few questions about what you are interested in and your preferred country to undertake your potsgraduate study. A few weeks later, I received an e-mail from Gérard where he asked me if I had the interest to study in the UK and the field of study I was interested in, with the aim of he could suggest me the best University where I could study what I like. He gave me his support along the whole application process for Leeds until I received at my home the acceptance letter from this University and then he provided me some advices in order to obtain a scholarship from the CONACYT, which I got.
If you have any query about the application process to some University or the scholarship options, he is always willing to clear all your doubts. I widely recommend his services, because he is very kind and professional.
Kindest regards and best wishes to everybody who wants to study in The UK,
Glendy Catzín Contreras
Montserrat Garcia
I am currently undertaking a PhD in Stem Cells and Regenerative Medicine with Integrated Studies at the University of Sheffield. In the beginning it was really difficult for me to understand the whole application process, mainly because I could not speak English at all. I met Gerard in one of the CONACyT fairs, and during the application process, communication was mainly through e-mail and skype. During that time Gerard really encouraged me to improve my English skills. In comparison with my peers who applied for the same programme, I found the process to be very easy, and I received confirmation of my acceptance quite quickly. Gerard has clearly helped many CONACyT scholarship candidates and his advice really can make the difference. Personally, I would strongly recommend his services, and if you have any questions about him, please don’t hesitate to send me an e mail.

Silvana Ayala P
Gerard is one of a kind. When you just meet him, you might think he’s just another salesman in charge of selling far-fetched dreams of studying in the U.K. But I’ve come to know many other students, like me, from my own city, that he has actually helped through all the process of applying and obtaining funding, as well as visa. He is the link to make it happen in many cases. Without his help, I wouldn’t have had so much success in applying to the University of Edinburgh. The processes are always difficult, and there is a lot of bureaucracy and having a person that has been there and knows how to swim those seas is very valuable.
Save yourself many headaches, money and time and get help. It’s worth it.

If you want to maximize your chances to become a real candidate to study in the UK, the service provided by GG Education Consultancy is your foremost option. From the outset Gérard Goulé will be able to tell you neatly your actual possibilities of being considered as a candidate and eventual scholar at some UK’s top universities. Eddie from Edinburgh
Being a PhD student in one of the best universities in the world [Edinburgh] is a milestone in my life, but the admission process is really a challenging endeavor; especially if your home country is across the Atlantic, if your mother tongue is not English, if you’re struggling with deadlines, if your visa process is being delayed, if your initial supervisor cannot take your project, if you’re striving to get the grants for your studies, and you’re working in a full-time job. Not to mention that you’re facing mixed feelings about leaving your home for such an extended period of time.
Well, this was my story behind the final result of getting accepted for my PhD, but it wouldn’t have been possible without the effective, timely, and kind support of Gérard Goulé, who, with opportune e-mails, interviews (via skype and in person) put me always in the right direction and just with a few words managed to give a personal touch to the usually cold communication through the internet.
Now that I see the number of students he assists, I’m really surprised that he always gave himself the time to support me in a very personalized way.
Perhaps I my story here wouldn’t have started with the right foot without all his advice!!!
